主要功能：鍛煉腰部、腿部肌群力量及身體平衡能力。
鍛煉方法：坐在座子上，身體前傾，手握扶手，雙腳分別蹬在腳蹬上做正向圓周運動，運動速度不可太快，運動中雙腳不得不離開踏板，欲停止使用時，先不施加力量使速度減慢，待速度慢到足以用雙腳的反向作用力使轉輪停下方可離開器材。
警      告：1.禁止16歲以下兒童使用；2.禁止擰掉緊固件。

Instructions:Sit on the seat with feet on the pedals. and hold the handlebar with 
                    both hands. It allows the users to pedal forwards or backwards.
