鍛煉方法：坐在座板上，雙腿彎曲，雙手放在膝蓋上，然后用力蹬雙腿至有限     
                  位置，反復練習。

Instructions:Sit on the seat with both feet on the pedals and hold the handrail   
                    with both hands.Then,stretch and bend both legs repeatedly.

        1.Children younger than 16 years old are forbidden to use the apparatus.
        2.No screwing off fasteners.
